EAST CORK AC ‘3K’ WINTER SERIES Total of 7 runs over 3km (just short of 2 miles) in Midleton between October and February – Run ANY FIVE and receive a classy printed long-sleeve T-shirt! The Series takes in three laps of a 1km circuit around Bailick and Ballinacurra. Entries, along with the start and finish, are at the bottom of the Dark Road. ALL COMPETITORS ARE REQUESTED TO WEAR A REFLECTIVE BIB Also please show consideration for local residents and refrain from parking outside houses and apartments DATES: Tuesday October 12th 2010 Tuesday November 2nd 2010 Tuesday Novemner 23rd 2010 Tuesday December 14th 2010 Tuesday January 25th 2011 Tuesday February 15th 2011 Entry fee: €3.00 per race.
